Patrick Coughlin
Founder
Pat founded Coughlin Cares after witnessing a close family member struggle to remain safely at home following a medical emergency. Determined to make that process easier for others, he built Coughlin Cares with a focus on practical solutions, integrity, and genuine care.
Before entering the home accessibility field, Pat successfully operated a jewelry business for over 25 years. His decades of experience in customer service, entrepreneurship, and relationship-building shape the values and standards of the company today.
Sean Coughlin
Senior Accessibility & Safety Specialist
Sean has been an integral part of Coughlin Cares since its founding, working alongside his father to build a company rooted in integrity and service. As a natural problem solver, he approaches every project with determination and commitment to finding the safest, most practical solution for each home.
A St. Clair native, Sean is proud to serve the community that shaped him. When he’s not on the job, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their two puppies.
Jimmy Clary
Home Accessibility Specialist
Jimmy has been part of Coughlin Cares since its founding and brings his decades of carpentry experience to every project. His depth of knowledge and careful workmanship ensure installations are completed with safety and long-term durability in mind.
Outside of work, Jimmy enjoys playing the electric guitar- a hobby that reflects the same rhythm, patience, and precision he brings to every project.
Mitchell Martin
Home Accessibility Specialist
Mitch joined Coughlin Cares in May 2025 and quickly became a valued member of the team. Known for his friendly personality and steady work ethic, he takes pride in helping clients feel comfortable and confident in their homes.
When he’s not on the job, Mitch enjoys spending time at the bowling alley- where his precision carries over just as well as it does on installation day.
Luke Collinge
Home Accessibility Specialist
Luke joined Coughlin Cares in October 2025. He’s known for his strong work ethic and eagerness to learn, approaching every project with a focus on getting the job done efficiently and done right. His ability to pick up new skills quickly has made him a dependable and growing asset.
His curiosity and drive to improve reflect the same mindset he brings to every job — always looking to grow and do better.
