Our Story
Starting in 1987, Patrick Coughlin began purchasing abandoned homes in Detroit and renovating the houses for low income families. He did this while pursuing his love for creating jewelry then beginning a second career by operating Coughlin Jewelers in St. Clair.
However, due to unforeseen medical trauma within the family, Patrick saw firsthand the need for people with mobility issues to get around their homes. This led him to continue his education and become a Certified Aging Place Specialist through the National Home Builders Association.
Patrick sold his jewelry business to his son and dedicated 100% of his time to renovating homes to help retirees, veterans, and people with mobility issues live in their own homes comfortably.
